Adelaide Wine Tours — Terms and Conditions. Effective 1st April 2021.

Privacy

We promise information supplied by you will not be used for any purpose other than what is necessary to process and confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Adelaide Wine Tours may ask for a deposit for a future booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment will be required before the tour date. If a booking is cancelled by the customer once full payment has been made there will be no refund. This is due to a high demand in bookings.

Corporate bookings or groups of 10 and above – 28 days prior to the commencement date: 50% refund.
10 days prior to commencement date: No refund.

Unless otherwise stated, no tasting fees or lunch is included in the tour cost.

Currency

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Tour Variation

The itinerary is subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Adelaide Wine Tours will not be responsible for circumstances out of our control (examples): traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, airport, bus, train delays or venue closures.

Conduct / Damage / Age

Any person/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on the enjoyment and safety of fellow passengers or the driver may be unable to continue the tour, and in doing so, will be responsible for making their own way to their accommodation at their own cost. The tour guide makes the final decision on this matter – no refunds will be applicable. Guests who damage, soil or vomit in the car will be charged a fee not less than $120.

Touring Code of Conduct:

Persons causing a nuisance to other passengers and/or driver may be removed from the vehicle. Wine Tours Adelaide will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passengers should this occur.
Drunken behaviour will not be tolerated. Wineries reserve the right to refuse service & entry. Disruptive or drunken persons will not be allowed in the vehicle.
No alcohol is allowed to be drunk in the vehicle.
No BYO food or drink is allowed in the wineries. Wineries do not have a BYO license therefore you may not bring your own alcohol for consumption.
Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles or at wineries.

Limitation of Liability

Wine Tours Adelaide will not be liable for, and you discharge Wine Tours Adelaide and its directors, officers, employees, agents, absolutely (with any and all such losses borne by you) from any loss or additional expense suffered by you resulting from:

any tour failing to go ahead due to sickness, weather, or other causes;
any non-performance, change of itinerary or delays in departure or arrival time;
delays or changes made due to sickness, weather, or other causes.

Participation in tours operated by Wine Tours Adelaide can involve certain risks and you acknowledge such risks. Wine Tours Adelaide is not liable for, and you discharge and release Wine Tours Adelaide from, all claims arising as a result of, but not limited to, the following events: Force Majeure, hazards of travelling automobile or other means of transportation, forces of nature, accidents, illness, epidemics and pandemics, etc.

Changes to Services

Wine Tours Adelaide reserves the right to alter any published itinerary if Wine Tours Adelaide believes that such alteration is in the best interest of passenger safety, well-being or enjoyment. Wine Tours Adelaide reserves the right to alter or change any vehicle or experience at any time without notice as Wine Tours Adelaide considers necessary for any reason whatsoever.
