Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours.

When making payment for your booking with us you expressly agree to our below Terms & Conditions, agree to adhere to refrain from Unacceptable Behavior and agree to cover all and any Additional Costs.

Terms and Conditions – Effective 1st April 2021
Privacy
We promise information supplied by you will not be used for any purpose other than what is necessary to process and confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours may ask for a deposit for a future booking. Deposits are usually paid by Bank Transfers or Credit Card Holds. 
If a booking is cancelled by the customer: –

  • Any deposit paid is non refundable.
  • 21 Days prior to the commencement time of the tour = 100% of full tour costs minus the deposit will be refunded.
  • 20 days and under prior to the commencement time of the tour No Refunds
  • Corporate Bookings or groups of 10 and above – 28 days prior to commencement date No Refund. 

Tasting Fees and Lunch

Unless otherwise stated no tasting fees or lunch is included in the tour cost. 

Currency and GST
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) 

Tour Variation
The itinerary is subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours will not be responsible for circumstances out of our control (examples): Traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, airport, bus, train delays or venue closures.

Standards of behavior
As the contact person for your group, you are the only person I am in communication with. So a major responsibility rests with you in the selection of your friends for this tour and their behaviour on and off the bus. You must make everyone in your group aware by emailing a link to this page or printing it out for them. If you are unsure of any one of these conditions, you agreed to ask and receive clarification prior to payment and confirmation of booking.

Conduct / Damage / Age

Any person/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on the enjoyment and safety of fellow passengers or the driver may be unable to continue the tour, and in doing so, will be responsible for making their own way to their accommodation at their own cost. The tour guide makes the final decision on this matter – No refunds will be applicable.
Guests who damage, soil or vomit in the car will be charged a fee not less than $500  will be charged.

Touring Code Of Conduct:

Persons causing a nuisance to other passengers and/or driver may be removed from the vehicle. Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passengers should this occur. Drunken behaviour will not be tolerated. Wineries reserve the right to refuse service & entry. Disruptive or Drunken persons will not be allowed in the Vehicle. No alcohol is allowed to be drunk in the vehicle. No BYO food or drink is allowed in the wineries. Wineries do not have BYO license therefore you may not bring your own alcohol for consumption. Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles or at wineries.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours
will not be liable for, and you discharge  Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours and its directors, officers, employees, agents, absolutely (with any and all such losses borne by you) from any loss or additional expense suffered by you resulting from:

a. any tour failing to go ahead due to sickness, weather, or other causes
b. any non-performance, change of itinerary or delays in departure or arrival time. 
c. delays or changes made due to sickness, weather, or other causes.

Participation in tours operated by Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours can involve certain risks and you acknowledge such risks. Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours is not liable for, and you discharge and release Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours from, all claims arising as a result, but not limited to, the following events: Force Majeure, hazards of traveling automobile, or other means of transportation, forces of nature, accidents, illness, epidemics and pandemics etc.

CHANGES TO SERVICES

Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours reserves the right to alter any published itinerary it believes that such alteration is in the best interest of passenger safety, well-being or enjoyment.

Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours reserves the right to alter or change any vehicle or experience at any time without notice as  Moonsun Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wallace Family T/A South Australian Wine Tours considers necessary for any reason whatsoever.
