Emma Wallace, Founder & Head Guide
Born and raised in the Adelaide Hills, Emma has spent her entire career in hospitality and wine tourism. After years working in fine dining and vineyard management, she founded Wine Tours Adelaide to create the kind of experience she always wished existed—personal, authentic, and deeply connected to the land.
Emma holds certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and has completed advanced sommelier training. But more importantly, she’s a storyteller, a connector, and someone who genuinely loves introducing people to the magic of South Australian wine country.
When she’s not guiding tours, you’ll find Emma exploring new vineyards, meeting winemakers, or simply enjoying a glass of Barossa Shiraz with friends.
