What a great day out with Wes! Very knowledgeable, very laid back, nothing was ever a problem. It felt like we were being driven around by a friend of a friend – rather than a tour guide. The wineries we went to were all special in their own way. Wonderful way to spend a day. Drank lots of great wine, fun small group, and the views couldn’t be beaten. Highly recommend a tour with Wes.
My husband and I and another couple signed up for the Wes wine tour while in Adelaide. Wes was the perfect tour guide and host taking us to four wineries, each unique but with vibrant and knowledgeable guides. We were thrilled with his selections and the lunch at the third stop was delicious. On our way home we even saw a kangaroo! Wes had many antidotes and is so very funny and likable, we felt like friends by the end of the day. Highly recommend you contact Wes if you want a great wine tasting experience in the Barossa Valley.
Wine experience with Wes is the ultimate way to enjoy a perfect wine tasting day in the beautiful Barossa wine region in South Australia. Wes is knowledgeable,has a great sense of humor, and will make sure everyone has a great time. You will to at least one or two wineries that you would not be able to do find or get in on your own. all the wineries were unique and different, so you really get a sense of varities of wineries and wines. One of the highlights of our experience in adelaide.Can’t wait to go back and do another wine experience.
It was a wonderful day with well-selected wineries. I was looking for something off-mainstream and this is what it was. We were perfectly introduced to any wine we tasted and sipped our glasses at the most beautiful spots and the place for lunch was just anwesome. And at the end of the tour Wes spottet a kangaroo for us!
I think all in all we felt the soul of Barossa Valley.
It is also a big plus to be picked-up and driven home right to the door of your accommodation. The whole day was just lovely.
Wes made a day of wine tasting truly special. The wineries he took us to were wonderful. The second one we went to was truly unique and the wine they produced made me want to buy one of each. He made sure everyone in our small group met each other and it felt like a day out with friends.
